Keeping in mind that the heart is at the centre of all life, you will most likely spot it in the picture now if it hasn’t already caught your attention.
Its ironic that the heart shape appeared to me after the branches had undressed themselves for the long, cold prairie winter.
So tender. So vulnerable. The first glimpse stopped me from continuing my daily chores and begged me to stay awhile.
From any other angle, from any other window, the tree heart would not be visible.
And so I claimed it as my own. A reminder that I am loved more deeply than I could ever imagine. I am thought about and cherished.
My quest for love messages began!
